By downloading, installing, or using StreamGlobal ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

StreamGlobal is a mobile application that aggregates streaming availability information for movies and TV shows. The App uses data from The Movie Database (TMDB) API to display where content is available across various streaming platforms worldwide.

Important: StreamGlobal is an informational tool only. We do not host, stream, or provide access to any copyrighted content. All streaming must be done through legitimate, licensed streaming services.

3. Use of the App

You agree to use StreamGlobal only for lawful purposes. You agree NOT to:

• Use the App to access, stream, or download copyrighted content illegally
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use automated systems or bots to scrape data from the App
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality

4. Third-Party Content and Services

StreamGlobal displays information about content and streaming services but does not control or endorse any third-party content or services. Links to streaming platforms (Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, etc.) are provided for convenience only.

You acknowledge that:

• Streaming availability information is provided by TMDB and may not always be accurate or up-to-date
• Access to content on streaming platforms requires separate subscriptions or purchases
• Content availability varies by region and may change without notice
• We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party streaming services

5. Intellectual Property

StreamGlobal and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by StreamGlobal and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

TMDB Attribution: This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. All movie and TV show data, images, and metadata are property of their respective owners and TMDB.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The information provided will be accurate, reliable, or complete
• Any defects or errors will be corrected
• The App will meet your specific requirements

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, StreamGlobal SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and within the App. Your continued use of StreamGlobal after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
